PAYMENT TERMS

Clear subscription and payment terms.

These terms explain RouteRoutine trials, recurring charges, Link and Stripe Managed Payments, cancellation, taxes, and transaction support.

Last updated July 31, 2026

1. Free trial

New workspaces normally receive 30 days of free access. An eligible promotion may replace that period with a different number of days. No payment method is required to create the workspace. If you select a paid plan during the trial, the first charge is scheduled for the end of the remaining trial unless checkout clearly states otherwise.

2. Plans and recurring charges

Premium costs $14.99 per month or $149.99 per year in U.S. dollars, unless checkout displays a different localized currency or amount. The plan supports up to 10 total team members. Charges recur at the selected interval until the subscription is canceled.

3. Sold through Link

RouteRoutine uses Stripe Managed Payments. Link is the merchant of record for eligible subscription transactions and appears in checkout, receipts, and the payment-card statement descriptor. Link and Stripe handle payment processing, applicable indirect-tax compliance in supported locations, fraud screening, disputes, transaction receipts, and transaction-level support. RouteRoutine remains responsible for the application and product support.

4. Taxes and currencies

Checkout determines applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST from the product classification and customer location. Managed Payments may display and charge a localized currency. For transactions or locations not supported by Managed Payments, different tax treatment may apply and will be shown at checkout when required.

5. Renewal and cancellation

You authorize recurring charges when completing subscription checkout. Administrators can manage or cancel the subscription through RouteRoutine billing settings or Link. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and normally remains effective through the paid period. Current-period charges are not prorated or refunded except where required by law or expressly approved.

6. Failed payments and access

If a payment fails, Link or Stripe may retry it and send notices. RouteRoutine may place the workspace in read-only mode after paid access ends. Existing records remain viewable during read-only access, subject to account deletion and retention terms.

7. Transaction and product support

Link provides support for payments, receipts, billing methods, disputes, and eligible refunds. RouteRoutine provides support for scheduling features and workspace operation at support@routeroutine.com.
